Tristan Byrnes

Tristan is a trans man and Licensed Mental Health Counselor who brings lived experience and more than a decade of clinical work to LGBTQ+, gender-expansive, neurodivergent, and trauma-surviving adults. His work is collaborative, trauma-informed, and gatekeeper-free.

Tristan specializes in trauma and EMDR, ADHD and AuDHD, identity exploration, and kink- and poly-informed therapy. He offers in-person sessions in Florida and telehealth in Florida and Pennsylvania.

Session fee: $175. Sliding scale available. Tristan accepts Aetna, Cigna, Optum/UnitedHealthcare, UMR, Carelon, Tricare, Oscar, Meridian, and Curative.

Christy Wolf

Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern · she/her

Christy is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who offers person-centered, trauma-informed, integrative care. Her approach draws on narrative therapy, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, REBT, and collaborative problem-solving.

Her interests include life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, substance misuse, identity, and relationship diversity. Christy is affirming of polyamory and kink communities and works with care that meets people where they are.

Session fee: $110. Sliding scale available. Christy accepts Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Meridian, and Curative.
