Tristan Byrnes, LMHC (he/him)
Owner & Therapist
As a trans man, I bring a mix of professional training and real-deal lived experience to our sessions. I’m not the kind of therapist who just sits there and nods—I’m in this with you. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ and gender-expansive community, neurodivergent adults (ADHD and AuDHD are my jam), and folks in the polyamory and kink communities. Basically, if you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” or “too different” for traditional therapy, you’re exactly who I want to work with.
I’m a big believer in trauma-informed, identity-affirming care that is 100% gatekeeper-free. Whether we’re navigating the complexities of transition, untangling burnout, or just finding ways to make life feel a little more manageable, my approach is always collaborative and deeply human.
I see folks in person at our Florida office, as well as via telehealth for anyone across Florida and Pennsylvania.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, I’m usually wearing my other hat as the VP of our nonprofit or trying to find a peaceful patch of nature to reset. I’m stoked to help you start this chapter—let’s get to work.
Christy Wolf (She/Her)
Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Hi, I’m Christy! I am a person-centered, trauma-informed therapist, and my approach is integrative and collaborative. I enjoy working together, finding ways to make meaning of your experiences, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build pathways toward the life you want to live.
Narrative therapy is central to my work. I help clients explore the stories they’ve been told by family, society, systems, and themselves with the goal of reclaiming agency of their identities and futures. I also incorporate mindfulness-based practices and draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and neurolinguistic techniques to provide practical tools for emotional regulation, cognitive restructuring, and behavioral change.
I am passionate about working with individuals navigating sexuality and exploring gender identity. I am poly and kink affirming, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where diverse relationship structures and expressions of intimacy are respected and understood.
Areas of clinical interest include life transitions, substance misuse, anxiety, grief and loss, depression, and identity development. Whether you are moving through a major change, processing trauma, or simply feeling stuck, my role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and clinical skill as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.
